Sean has been competitively cycling since the age of 15. He was a member of Mercia cc, Plan B and Lichfield CCC during his cycling life and is now excited about riding for Born to Bike RT.
He has preferred the time trial discipline and has competed frequently in individual and tandem events.
During his six years of living in London he got the track cycling bug, training and racing at Herne Hill velodrome. Now that Derby has it’s own velodrome Sean’s passion has been reignited and this is now his second home. He has recently been training hard for the national masters track championships for the second year.
Ambitions for 2017 are to break the 20 min barrier for a 10 mile TT, qualify for the worlds at the tour of Cambridge TT and win a national title at the masters national track championships.
